It is impossible for anyone to sell a pup as a "certain Champion". No honest breeder would make such a claim as so many things can change as a puppy matures. All you can do is research the pedigrees, make an educated guess as to which lines to go for (reading show results etc) and hope for the best! I also think it would be very unlikely that anyone will sell a Champion - most showdogs in the UK at least are family pets, and only show in their 'spare time'.

I thini you will need to contact the Ntional breed club who can put you in touch wityh breeders that may be willing to work with you.  You might find someone willing to loan you a good male to show in US and use on youyr bitches in return for showing him, but few people would part with a Champion, as the UK titlw is so hard to come by the animal in question is likely to be pretty special and sevearl years old.
