Change of venue - Poynton Hort and Agric Show Dog Section Saturday 28 August

Just had a message from Mrs Walsh, the Dog Section Secretary. Ground
conditions at the Lakeside,Poynton are deemed too awful for the dog show.
The future of the rest of the show is in doubt.     The alternative venue
for the dog show is at "mypetstop", the pet centre behind Sainsbury's off
J24 of the M60. I have found a  location map at

I assume the start will be 10.00 am as per schedule.

Mrs Walsh  has the nightmare task of phoning several hundred exhibitors !

I was told from a friend of the previous secretary that this show was cancelled on Tuesday, hope so because I've mot gone !!!!

Glad that you posted this as I popped down to see the end of the show with my two boys.

Did it look chaotic?

No they did really well.  The room was big enough for everybody and everyone had plenty of space.  I don't know whether there was as many there as usual but it went well and everybody seemed to enjoy themselves, all the old faces were there so that was nice to see :d
