Me again. Pups still gaining weight and seem healthy. Just a couple of sore botties. Mum cleans them very well but this seems to aggaravate the redness. iIhave put metanium on but she keeps licking it off.Their poo is a bit loose but not smelly or anything. perhaps they will be better when they start weaning.I am not worried about them health wise as they seem really strong pups and have easily doubled birthweight. Its just the bottie looks sore. Any suggestions.

When my little girl had nappy rash we used to use stuff called Kamilisan (sp?) and it worked like a miracle, its made of all natural products so can be injested with no effects (its also used when breast feeding if nipples are sore). Not exactly for dogs but it may help. Hope your pups sore botties get better soon.:)
