Hello i have a lab who is quite nervous, i want to try and bring her out of her shell, but i need her to get in the car, and she wont!
How can i tell her the car is safe?

Try tempting her in with some nice food that she likes then take her somewhere she'll enjoy, like the park.  After a while she will start associating the car with going somewhere good and will be no problem!  :)

Feed her in the car, without the engine running, for a week. Then do the same but with the engine running, though not the car not moving, for at least another week till she is happy with this. Once she is okay getting in the car then sit in it on the drive while you read a book and she gets used to just being there. After about a month you should be able to drive 10 yards forwards and back without her stressing. Gradually build on it from there. Good luck.
:)
