Hello fellow godesses!!

I know that lots of us have been working really hard on the diet thing over the past few months and I just thought I'd share my good news with you.....

I've now lost 2stone and 5lbs taking me to 11stone!!!  That was my target weight though I would now like to get down to 10 and a half stone if poss - don't think I've been that weight for about 10 years now!!!

Yaaaay!!!!  :-D

Well done :)

Well done.   Which diet are you on?   I could do with losing a couple of stone!
- By Rachel20 [gb] Date 24.08.04 09:33 UTC
Excellent work! :D
I've managed to get down to 9 stone now, and feel great!
Keep going to 10 and a half, it sounds like the weight is dropping off anyway - well done :)

Thanks guys!!  :-)

Jackie M - I'm not following a diet exactly but concentrating on healthy low fat food, no take-aways or fizzy drinks and limiting my alcohol intake (ie buy a bottle of wine not a box)!!

Also, making the effort to jump about with Glazby more when on a walk as exercise!!

Snap, just been for my weigh in and am now 10stone 10 1/2 pounds (Total lost so far 4st. 10lbs.).

Another 4 1/2 pounds and I will be a healthy weight for my 5 feet 4 inches.

Though like you I would prefer to go down a bit more to, say 9st. 6lbs.

I am now wearing size 14 and they are getting loose, and can squeeze into some 12's. :D

Again like you I haven't been this weight for around 10 years!!!

Well two months since the last post and I am finally under 10stone.  Weighed in at 9 stone 13 1/2 pounds today, which means I have now lost exactly 5 1/2 stone.  Just 7 1/2 pounds to go to get to the weight goal I have set myself.

I've just discovered the benefits of using a pedometer.  I sent off for the Fat Nation pack from BBC and happily set my pedometer in the belief that I walked miles every day.  Big shock!!!  No, I don't.  On days when my son is responsible for walking the dogs I can barely reach 5,000 steps.

I am now making a concerted effort to up my steps and reduce my food, hopefully resulting a some weight loss.

Well done Brainless :-))) that is some achievement.
