Hi guest
You didnt say how old your pups are but im guessing that if people are coming to look at the litter they should be about four weeks old. I would wipe them down with a clean sterile face cloth, I would say they are too young to bathe them but only my humble opinion maybe someone else will come along and advise you.

With my Am cocker pups I use baby wipes during weaning, and they get first bath and blow dry at about 5 weeks.

I always use a cloth and dampen it with water into which I have put some baby bath liquid.  Thee type that doesn't require rinsing off in a baby's bath water.

My pups went through a phase of needing bathing several times a day and on Gwens recommendation I used baby wipes (BOGOF in Tesco).  I also got them used to being bathed and at 10 weeks they all love the water!  A J-Cloth and a bowl of water does the trick.
