I know it's a bit early yet, but does anyone know when the judges for next year are decided and published?  Just curious.

They're published in the Kennel Club Gazette, on a monthly basis, as and when they're approved - so, those being published at the moment will be ranging between this year and several years in advance.

What breed, and maybe someone will have a list for you?
