can anyone please letme know the temperament of these dogs?
do they make good home pets?
any breeding faults to watch out for?

they should never be allowed off lead
they can suffer from sensitive tummies...
they are useless guard dogs...would rather lick the burgler to death
they should be kept in multi-dog households...do not do well on their own
can be destructive
need LOTS of exercise
parents should be hip scored
there are many,many 'backyard breeders' out there cashing in on their popularity and so be careful where you purchase a pup from

need minimum of 6ft high enclosures
shed profusely during year
look for breeders that show or work (pref both their dogs)
be extremely careful if you have cats.

NB there are different builds of huskies attend a couple of champ shows to get a feel for what you are looking for
