Millie is currently on a course of Synulox (nisamox) for her gastroenteritis last weekend with just two more left to be taken tomorrow.
Anyway I went to give her tonights tablet just now and the blister was opened. I didn't think much of it thinking it was probably me that had opened it without realising, until I saw that instead of the usual pale pink colour this tablet was a mottled orangey colour.
Now the dilemma of the day is, do I throw that one away meaning she'll be one tablet short of the full course she was prescribed, or rather than not complete the course, give her that tablet. I've already given her a different tablet tonight so it would be tomorrow.
Its not really that big a deal, but I just wondered what other people would do in such a circumstance!
