hello, i have a 9 month old staffordshire bull terrier the problem is he is such a fussy eater, he wont eat tinned dog food, so we got him sum mince and he ate it at first but now he wont, he seemed to think he can have human food and we just dont know what we can tempt him with he had chicken and likes that should i get him checked out at the vets, although he is a very happy dog.
thank you

If he really is a fussy eater, I would just give him dog food, and if he does not eat it within say 5 minutes take it away until next meal time. Don't indulge the dogs habit. Do you give him food from the table when you are eating?

I'm afraid you are making your dog worse.Decide on what food you are going to feed your dog and then do so.Put his meal down and if he doesn't eat it within 5 minutes remove it and DON'T feed him ANYTHING until his next feed is due.
Cut out all treats and stick to the routine...your dog will soon learn to eat when food is offered and what is offered.
Good luck,Archer
