Hello everyone
A while ago i posted a problem about my job. I'm a nurse and changed my hours to work nights so Buddy would'nt be own his own for hours on end during the day. I did'nt want to work nights for much longer and i was losing the desire to be a nurse. I needed a job that was flexible so i could get back to see to buddy.
It took a long time to find out what would suit all my criteria. Anyway i had the light bulb moment a couple of months ago and i'm now training to become a DRIVING INSTRUCTOR. So please wish me luck.
Budmag.

Been searching for a driving instructor for the past week - they are all booked up here in the Isle of Man. Hope you have as much success. Good Luck.

Budmag you are a person of great courage. The phrase out of the frying pan into the fire springs to mind! Remember to eat your Weetabix. Hope your new career gives you lots of fun and satisfaction :)

Good on you and all the best.

Its amazing how far you will go for your dogs.

I am getting a transfer at work to a different office which is only 2 miles from where I live.  That way it is easier for me to work from home for some period and when I have to go to the office they arent left for too long.

I am too exploring a career change.  Started helping out at training classes and training to become a behaviourist.  Hoping to do my own training classes in 18 months to 2 years time when I have done sufficient training then hopefully I can give up boring conveyancing for a job.

It is definitely worth it.!

I took the plunge, took a "demotion", went part time, halved my salary and found a job 5 minutes from home which so that I could finally get a dog. Any regrets? Not on your life! Good luck with your new venture.
