We are looking for either a Border Terrier or Cairn Terrier puppy, preferably for the beginning of September. Does anyone out there know of any? We live in Wiltshire.

For any breed you can call the contact names on the KC web site, they are listed under each dog breeds profile.

Also, there are websites for the Southern Cairn Terrier Club, Midlands and so on.  You can contact them and they will help.
