1.   In item 1 where you specify how often the pups have been wormed - you should also state what product was used to worm the litter.

2.   I also have a page 2 on my contract which deals with how unforeseen genetic problems would be dealt with and I print this in full below for your information.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Vendor:

Address:

Warrants title to the animal, but no other warranty as to soundness or otherwise is given except as may be implied by law.

The Vendor warrants that all breeding stock has been tested clear of aortic stenosis (heart murmur).
The Vendor has endeavoured by breeding practice to reduce the risk that the unsoundness of the animal may in the future be seriously affected by an inherited defect, e.g. hip dysplasia, which is not present at the time of sale.  Such risk to be borne by the Purchaser provided that:

(a)  If a veterinary surgeon shall within 6 months of delivery of the animal certify that the soundness of the animal is seriously affected by an inherited defect, then the Vendor shall refund to the Purchaser 100% of the purchase price.

(b)  If a veterinary surgeon shall more than 6 months but less than 12 months after delivery so certify then the Vendor shall refund to the purchaser such percentage of the purchase price (not exceeding 50%) as may in the circumstances be agreed as reasonable, or in default of agreement, as may be determined by an arbitrator to be nominated, such as the President of the XXXXXXXXXX Club.

The Purchaser has read and accepts the above Conditions of Sale.

I didn't get a contract with my last puppy. Are they quite common? I have never heard anyone mention them before. Mind you, it's not the sort of thing people usualy discuss I suppose. My pup's breeder is very well know, especially on the agility and obedience circuit, so I am surprised she didn't give me a contract. What do you all think?
