Our german pointer puppy is driving us mad he chews everything including our new 6000 suite!
He has continously messed on our Candian white carpet, and i have lost count of the shoes he has chewed, my new designer shoes are ruined.
He is so annoying, would crating him work? or a small puppy pen in the kitchen??
he is 4 months!

It might be annoying but it's puppy behaviour i'm afraid and if your suite and your designer shoes are so important to you then maybe you should be talking to your breeder about the mistake you have made by taking on the puppy in the first place.

Personally I cannot believe this post is serious. My guess is a windup.

This may sound harsh, but what are you doing while your puppy is causing this damage? Watching him, as you should be? Or leaving him alone with all these valuable (to you) toys? If you don't want him chewing your shoes, make sure they are secure in the wardrobe. If you don't want him chewing your suite, make sure he isn't unattended in the sitting room.

He won't train himself - that's your job. If you're not up to it, take him back to his breeder as soon as possible. But don't expect a full refund. Would you buy a 4-month old puppy rather than a 2-month one?
