I'm just wondering how long you can leave between the 1st and the 2nd set of vaccinations? My vet said that at a push it can go up to 8 weeks - has anyone heard of this before? Are there any adverse affects?

Don't know why anybody would leave it that long anyway!  Sorry but I'm not of much help :d

That's ok :) Our pup isn't very well at the moment (though he is improving) and due to the number of tests he has had run on him in the last week and a half the vets don't want to give him his second set of injections until they are sure his body will be able to cope with them.

Hope he gets better soon :d

I could not say how long but I do know there can be a fair delay between. I remember years ago someone I knew had a puppy who fell ill after the first and I remember she was told that it would be perfectly ok.
