Can any1 tell me if a bitch or dog is more suited to family life with children?
Also, How what is the best way to housebreak my pup when i get him/her as i will be out for 4 hours a day 3 days a week?
Also, (again!!)Can a pup(3 months) old be left on it's own for that 4 hours i am away?

Some may say that a pup should not be left for this length of time but as far as I'm concerned if you can offer a good home in all other aspects I would say 4 hours 3 times a week is not a problem.
I would use a crate to house train your pup  and to keep him safe while you are away.This way he cannot chew cables etc and will come to no harm.While you are away leave him things to occupy him in his crate such as a kong etc .
As for dog or bitch ,we have had that times many times before and it comes down to personal preference.I find my males more affectionate and tolerant but my little bitch is very affectionate on her own terms.
