Sorry showing my lack of knowledge again, but what is a Japanese Mastiff? Must buy myself some upto date reference books.

Guest can't answer unless they join, but you may be right, wonder why they call it a J. Mastiff after all if they have looked into the the breed to the extent of wanting to buy one you would think they would know what it was called, may be it is know by both names, I have no idea. But even if there are breeders I bet they are not cheap, wonder what the guest considers 'silly prices'?
