what do other members feed their great dane on, we feed ours hills but her poo is always sloppy. i would be interested to hear what other people feed

Different dogs react differently to the same food ...ChloeH should be along soon and hopefully she will tell you what she feeds her Dane on :)

My danes have Burns (because I find this...er... firms them up) and raw green tripe for breakfast and Burns and Naturediet x 2 packs each for dinner :) How old is your dog?

If your dog is not doing well on Hills, then you are paying a lot of money for little benefit :D

As Melodysk says, you will need to find a food that suits your dog.  A large proportion of the most successful Dane breeders use and recommend the Skinners range of foods - these are reasonably priced, and seem to suit Danes well.

You may also find that you are feeding a little too much?
