Hi all
Is nutro choice the same feed as the nutro that i have seen mentioned on here a few times?
Thanks Debbie

yes :) ...

There is Nutro natural choice, Nutro Ultra and Nutro Max
Nutro:)
Me personally I prefer the natural choice :)
Hi
Its the natural one the i have bought to try them on, i am still mixing it with euk but already i have noticed a difference and i only bought it yesturday, my lab has only been for a poo twice this morning, this is a record for her because by this time on a normal day she would have been about 4 times. Her poo is also a lot dryer.
Thanks Debbie
If you have the choice of ultra available to you then i would definately go for that one.

May I ask why you would go for the Ultra one over the Natural? On the Ultra only the adult food starts with meat/meat meal rather then that the others start with a filler. I myself was thinking on switching but I still find the Natural over all to have better ingredients. :)
I was under the impression that the ultra was the more natural/holistic of the bunch,is this not correct?Someone mentioned this on another site.I should know better than to take someones elses statement as gospel, slapped fingers ;) we should all do our own research! We dont have the ultra here in Australia so i only know what i have heard off of the websites i visit :(

Just check out the link I posted and decide for yourself, me personally I think the natural is better just by reading the ingredients :) Every food works different for everydog just like people :)
Well my dogs have been on nutro for a few days now, and i have completly stopped giving them euk.
It's great, only half the poo and it isn't all soft, infact i accedently stepped in it yesturday and it just crubbled.
It is only £3 cheaper than the euk for a 15k bag, but that doesn't matter because my garden doesn't look like a dogs toilet anymore. :)
Thanks Debbie
Hi
I have just read your post about changing from Euk to Nutro, my westie is 16 months old and has been on Euk since a pup but over the last couple of months he has been suffering from soft poo and i am starting to wonder whether the food does not agree with him, i have heard good reports about nutro and just wondered which flavour of the nutro you were feeding, what breed of dogs do you have?
Thanks
Helen

Is it hot there? The reason why I ask is because the heat can cause their poo to be soft to runny, it does in 2 of my 5 dogs...I have mine on Natural Lamb n'rice...Just because this food works for ours does not mean it will work the same with yours.
Good luck :)
Hi Hamish
Sorry i didnt reply sooner, only just seen your post. I feed the dogs on Nutro choice large breed puppy. I have a labrador and a bullmastiff. Both of them had soft poo but the lab kept on getting stomache probs and had bad runs about 4 times over the last 6 months.
They have only been on nutro for about a week now but both are doing fantastic, infact they are both more lively and playfull and my lab has lost a bit of weight, she had got a bit fat on euk and even after a cut her feed to less than half the daily recommened ammount she was still over weight. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this feed continues to work well for them both.
