hello out there!
minstrel our female dalmation has been acting quite strange for the last few days with a squeaky red welly and other red toys! she cries loudly and holds the toy in her mouth & stops the noises when the toy is taken away , only to repeat the act when she finds it again! does anybody have any info for us? Thanks,

When was she in season? If it is indeed a phantom pregnancy your best bet is to remove all her toys (that she acts like this with) for a while till she is over it.
