Just walked into the living room - both my mad 5 month Belgian pups are doing the 'wall of death' round the walls and have DISEMBOWELLED the sofa !!. White feathers and spongy stuff EVERYWHERE - other dogs are pretending they haven't seen anything and had nothing to do with it but Louis (who is 2 and should know better) has a big tuft of feathers stuck on top of his head and over one eye.
I'd just gone into the study to catch up on all the latest gossip from champdogs and thought I'd shut the door. Looks like the pups have reached the 'Kevin' stage a bit earlier than I'd bargained for.
I remember my first male Belgian, i came home once to find him red round the mouth, and I was so worried he had hurt himself. On further investigation i discovered he had been chewing my sister's red lipstick!!!
Know how you feel...we laugh after though. I came in the house yesterday to find my pup had ripped her bed to pieces it was everywhere! She was jumping about over joyed at her masterpiece and thought she was so so clever, while the bigger girl sat there with that look in her eye that just said "mommy i didnt do it...i told her not to ! " You have to laugh cause thats why we love them so much. Angie
