I'm going to Leeds on the Monday - it's only 15 minutes away from me so I've no excuse not to go - plus can't wait to see all those lovely pooches. Won't be showing my Jasper though. Might give him a go at a lesser show first.

Yes Pam, Same pup as E of E and think you are in the same ring again only this time before us. No in season bitchs please the said pup is a total nightmare as it is without the help of his hormones. LOL

I'm there for 2 days. Toy day with my two Pomeranian's and gundog day with two of my Spanish Water Dogs. I must be mad. Travelling each day from Manchester.

I'm there for toy day with my Griffons. Sorry we are not on the same day Pam but we are at Welsh Kennel, Birmingham and Richmond, are you going to any of those?
I'll also have my new puppies at those shows.

yes i agree about all us champ-doggers meeting up at leeds on monday for a natter & to meet each others dogs, just lets get a few people together & share some time together!!! win or lose you always take the best dogs home.
we can arrange some times to suit every-one. lets make it a good get together & put faces to the fellow champ-doggers we talk to over the net.

hi where was everyone today? i was in tent 8 opposite the bar with my 4 springers, i never saw anyone, i never saw anyone wearing c.c`s in their hat`s either lol. my lot got a load of duck eggs (nothing) but who cares. there all qualified anyway!!!!

went along to the beer tent and saw nobody. This was at about 2pm. had a wander to the pharoah's and Pam was well gone, or at least the bench was empty. Still there is always the Houndshow on Saturday.

I was sat by the bar from 12 noon to 1.30 wearing a badge saying

By tent 8 ( I later found out their were 2 bars !! the other at the opposite
diagonal corner)
I did meet 2 people that I've met before from UKShowdogs - Becky Johnson
with her flatcoat & Kevan and Julie Grant with English Springer Spanials.
I was at the show till 4 .35 and finally got home at 9.30 p.m.

I got 1st out of 2 in Post Grad bitch with Yonnie and 4th out of 6 in open bitch
with Kiera. My judge was Ben Reynolds-Frost.

Longdog please tell me your exhibit number for the houndshow and I'll come
& find you.

hi pam sorry i never saw you, well done on your wins though, if only i`d known you knew kevan & julia grant i would of asked them to show me who you were, julia did my website.

Well done Pam I sat and watched your judging before we went into the ring, sorry I did not make it to the bar, we were still being judged, by the time we had finished it was to late. The weather was kind to us yesterday, can't say the same for the traffic.

I realised that there were 2 bars, but they were very empty when I went past.

The Spanis Water Dogs had a great day. One won best imp. reg. puppy ( not mine), my youngster got a 1st in Post Grad. (no junior) and Dilita my 9 year old got a first in open and Best Import bitch.

Sorry that i didn't see anyone though, maybe some other time!

I watched some of the English springers today at the New Forest show
- one with a tail was placed last. Some had more substance than others -
??? perhaps some were more working breeding than show breeding??
Some didn't move very freely - but I'm a hound person & like dogs to move.
