Does anyone know where I can order chicken necks please in the Staffordshire area
I have tried poultry processors to no avail.

I have never been able to find anyone who sells chicken necks - turkey necks yes although when chopped up they always seem so sharp.  Perhaps it is a "foreign" thing?

I get chicken necks from a butchers in Bilston Market.  Don't know if that is far from you, they sell them loose but you can buy a box of 15Kg of necks from them.

Is it Lawson Thomas' - I buy my poultry from them and I know they do wings. They are in the 'phone book and also have a stall in West Bromwich I think.

Misplaced phone number at the moment, will try and find it tonight,  I pay £9.00 for a box of necks the only problem is they are frozen.  I need hammer & chisel to break them up into portion sizes.
