To be fair I am not sure, milk chocolate is not so dangerous as plain. Why not phone the vet and see what they think, better safe than sorry.

It would depend very much on the size of your dog. A 13 week Yorkie would be a totally different propersition to a 13 week old Labrador for example. Also Milk chocolate is not as dangerous as plain chocolate.

Many years ago we knew nothing about the possible problems of chocolate and I shudder to think how many bars my first dog consumed and he lived to be 16! A piece of chocolate for every letter he delivered from the front door to hand and at Christmas he had a field day! He was a cross about Beagle sized.

Keep an eye on things but the chances are he will be perfectly ok.

Best wishes, John

Hiya guest.
Don't worry too much, just keep a close eye on your pup.
Many years ago my mini dachsie stole a HUGE bar of chocolate, and ate it all except for FOUR pieces. I was up all night cleaning up her sick. She wasn't very well for a couple of hours but she got over it. That was in the days before i knew how bad chocolate was for dogs.
