Topic Other Boards / Foo / Should I be worried ? ;)

Well Indigo (11 month old baby two legged version ) is now into the full crawling stage, well one foot one knee type crawling) and she has started to pick things up by her mouth and crawls around with them ! :) The girls all sat watching her and their faces were very confused "So should the two legged member be doing that ?"

So should I be worried :D

I couldn't stop laughing the first time she did it ! Leaves her hands free to do more mischief :) :D

Maddie has always done this, and will still do it - age 3 - when she is playing, I suppose that is what she always saw the dogs doing, I worried a little about the hygeine aspect, but neither of my kids have had any infections or serious illnesses.....just make sure she knows to sit before she gives you anything! :D

:D :D

Children that are brought up in a house with animals rather than a 'false sterile' environment will get a better immunity and so the worry is not there !

Life with dogs is so much better for may reasons !

Any news on the positive results yet ? :)

8 weeks yesterday and growing fast, which is just a little alarming, can't believe how quick the pounds are going on this time, can't fit into my jeans which is a real pain!

My sister is 12 weeks pregnant, she has a little football bump already!  She  has 3 boys and is desperate for a little girl, but at the moment she is doing everything the same as last time, I hope for her sake it's a little girl, but my dad, who can normally tell from the start, has already told her she's having another boy.........she was NOT impressed!

We'll have to compare notes Briony, this is number three for me, what do you have already?  I have one of each so not really bothered what I have this time.  Are you showing yet, everyone keeps saying it must be twins as I already can't do my trousers up!

Hi Hayley,

I have a girl and 3 boys 13,9,7 and 20 months, the girl is the oldest. So we would like another girl just to balance things a little but so long as he/she is healthy don't really mind.
Still have plenty of room in my jeans but i'm sure that will change:-)
Morning sickness whats that?
I get sickness anytime a day and throwing up regularly most nights. My first child I was throwing up until 7 months pregnant and spent alot time in hospital having potassium drips. When I carried the boys it generally stop at 12 weeks,so i'm really hoping it will stop very soon, also finding very difficult to fancy thing to eat.I'm trying to eat little and often.
How about yourself?

Had a short time of queasiness a few weeks ago but seem to be passed that, have been very lucky in other pregnancies, not a days sickness.  I'm feeling really tired this time though, just can't shake it off, I'm trying to eat energy foods but I'm being really careful not to take on too many calories, if i've put on 5Ib already I dread to think how big I'll be at the the end!  Luckily I am quite small built to start with!!!!

Sorry Lucy, didn't mean to hijack your thread!

Take Care Briony,

Hayley
