where can i find a breeder in scotland that does puppy bichon fries.

Sorry I couldnt resist, and im afraid I can be much help either apart from to say be careful where you buy from because alot of puppy farmers have jumped on the band wagon with these.  Try the kennel club or breed clubs.

By the way, it is spelt Bichon FRISE :)
