My girl can be on day 63 from wed onwards, she's got milk, her nipples are
humungous  (really!!)  lost all hair from nipples, been nest building, (including burying her food  lol)  going off food etc....blah blah blah I have definately felt at least 4 (on one side)

BUT...she doesnt look big!!  She's a big girl anyway, not fat, solid....
previously our girls have looked like they are carrying footballs at this stage

I think that some dogs can carry differently to others, as in humans, sometimes doesnt show at all, depends on where they are sitting.

As you say though, you have fealt 4 puppies at least on one side.

Take her to the vet to see!

This is why I like to get pregnancy confirmed, as some stay neat ehwn carrying.  My Kizi who is a neat person had 9 puppies in her first litter, looked pregnant obviously but carried high and across, no great drooping belly.  He daughter who is built like a brick outhouse looked quite large in whelp and was only carrying four live and one still born pup, but she had loads of water.

I compared pictures and details of my pregnant bitch with another board member and their dog had put on very little weight and mine had become totally rounded.  They couldn't feel pups, I could.  Theirs had 5 mine had 4!!!
