I am picking up my puppy soon she will be 6 weeks old and I am soooo exited.  I want to be able to take her into the garden for toilet training and play but we do get a lot of foxes in our garden not to mention cats and squirrels.  Is this going to be a problem especially as she will not be having her first vacc till she is 8 weeks old?  Would it be better for me to train her onto the balcony until after she has had her last vaccinations and if this is the case won't she permanently go to the balcony after that thus making toilet training harder?

Almost no ailments jump the specie barrier so the possibility of problems is very remote. Fleas could rear their heads but that's no great problem. Mange is a slight risk if there is any in the fox population in your area but again it's remote. The puppy would also be protected from most things by the mother's antibodies. This lasts virtually right up to the time that the vet inoculates the puppy.

I know it's a worrying time but the risks are very low.

Best wishes, John

whilst there is a big risk of mange being caught from the foxes, I think the biggeest worry (depending on the breed /size of course) would be an unsupervised puppy being taken by the foxes.
