After being granted an affix we would like to add it to Amys kennel name. Can someone please tell me what to do Our affix was being published in the gazette at the begining of June How long before I can add it on

My affix was published in June too :)

I'm going to wait until the beginning of July - the allowable time for objections is 28 days from publication - and then the form is available on the KC website to download and complete :) I don't think it takes much time after that for the name to come through, but you can't use it on show entries until they have sent the certificate to you. HTH

Give it 28 days and then down load the form and send it with your money to the KC and it will be done and dusted. The form will tell you which linking words are allowed such as, at, of, over, with.

If your dog has a stud book number you will not be allowed to change the name.

our affix was also in june's KG.
You can send the form in straight away and your owners documents if you want them changed, they will do it, and IF there are any objections they will change it to whichever one you do have accepted free of charge.
