Hi Guys,

I am sooooo excited, i get my new male akita in 3 weeks time and am searching for names for him. So far i like Raven (as at the moment he is black and white), Tory, Vulcan and Kato. Would welcome any suggestions.

How about Chikara, which means "power" in Japanese, and is also a man's name?

Or Kuro, which means "black", or Shiro, which means "white"?

Or Kita, which means "north" (since the Akita region is in the north of Japan), but I suppose Kita and Akita are too similar...

Anything you want translating into Japanese, let me know...

I must admit i am very keen on the Raven name but would like to see if i can get something better. Its like naming children lol

Hi Akita,,, here are some names to think about>>Kaido,,,short for Hokkaido,,,, Chico= Kawaguchico,,,Ky= Kyoto,,, Kanto..... or do you prefer English names??? Riley, Murphy, donovan,,, Bentley, now i have brain freeze lol.. hope they help... steph
