The Liverpool echo reported on a SBT bitch that was found drowned in a canal in Runcorn ( North West UK)
A member of the public spotted her and called the police who then called the RSPCA.
When retrieved she was found to have an Amstrad video recorder tied around her neck with tough string. She was aged about two years old and was pregnant.
Police believe that because both she and the video recorder would have been to heavy to carry - there was either two people involved or she was walked to the waters edge and they think that someone must have seen something.

I would just like to say that if there truly is a God then I hope he will repay these b**st**ds in the same way

Oh god...what is this world comming to?  I would hate to think what myself (and half the other people on this forum) would do if they saw something like this happening!

This is so sickening....if people cant cope with an unwanted pregnant bitch surely they realise there are rescue centres out there who would give love and responsible homes. I hope they get what they deserve how any human could act in that way is beyond me !! It makes me so ANGRY !!

Stories like this make me so sick !!!!! Hope they find the b******* that did this and hang them from the nearest tree.  When you think of all the planning and love that is usually done before breeding you get the idiots that let their bitch out when in season----- result mated to heaven knows what.  If caught these lowlife will probably get a slap on the wrist and told "don't do that again"!!!!!!

but surely there is something very sinister in this really awful story....usually a scumbag like this would see this as a chance of making money...esp as the sbt is so popular ....so very strange as well as horrific....why didn't he/she sell the poor bitch or even abandon her at a local rescue?
