Unless you want to spend the rest of his life being at his beck and call I would stop doing as he wishes now. Put him to bed with a soft toy or a old T Shirt (un-washed), leave the radio on low if you like, shut the door, go to bed, apply ear plugs and ignore the wails of protest. Give it about 4 days and then remove ear plugs.

My your dog has you well trained...only joking!
As JH says...leave him cry...he has learnt that when he cries you come running...how do you expect him to stop? You must teach him that his crying gets no response. If he wakes for the toilet then take him out and then go back to bed and be prepared for more crying. The more you stick to it the quicker and easier it will be...you are not doing him any favours.

I've always had my pups in a puppy crate beside my bed and never had any crying at night. I could never leave my children to cry when they were babies either even though that was the recommended thing to do 25 - 30 years ago.
A little goats milk just before bedtime to keep them going through the night I find works, as well as the toy, a ticking clock and something with your scent on it. If the puppy does cry I would wait for it to stop, and then check on it quietly if you need peace of mind. You will find most likely that it has fallen back asleep, and you can then do the same. Puppies at 10 weeks learn very very fast and you do not want to be stuck with your present routine indefinitely.
