hi, i have just bought an extremly beautiful boy who is exactly 9 mths old, unfortunatly he has been given the run of his last home, he is very bossy! although he has realised we are the boss!, he still needs proper training, where do i go to find out about puppie classes, etc. he is a very large dog, i feel it paramount  for him to be trained. also i would like to know how to join a breed club, if anyone can steer me in the right direction i would be very grateful.

Our local vet has a list of classes for all ages of dogs including basic training,obedience,agility etc. in our area,so maybe start at your local vet?

A 9 month old Rottie is not going to get accepted into any reputable puppy class.  You really need a beginers class - as the other poster has said - try your vets ;)
