As I replied to your last post, puppies often suffer with this it is because of the different water and the different bugs in your home to those in the breeders home, add to that the fact that you have changed her food and I would be suprised if you did not have trouble. If you are worried see the vet.

It can be a lot of things really thats upsetting your puppy.
a) Why change food if the first food suited. I always tell everyone to keep the puppy on the same food. Especially in the first few weeks because no pup likes a change of routine. However moving house is a massive change. So keep the food the same.
b) I would not vaccinate a puppy at 8 weeks nor would my vet. He always says 9 weeks and no younger.  Also I would not give vaccines one the same day as a massive worming dose.  Just think about it. The vaccine is a huge blow to the system and you are worming at the same time.....I dont like vaccines anyway.
c) Any quieries you should contact your breeder who will be able to help you. You may of done this already.
d) it can just be the upset of moving home and missing his old way of life and his brothers and sisters who he would of adored.
If your breeder had already wormed which is normally done, then he would not of needed a wormer anyway.
e) Is the pup drinking normal as its been hot weather.

Loose stools can be expected with pups when moving house, but not so much vomit. I have never known a puppy vomit unless of course they have eaten something they should not of done.  Maybe you should go back to your vet and see if your dog has picked up something.
Always seek veterinary attention if you are unsure if your dog is ill.
