I have a renault clio, and am currently using a universal dog guard purchased in argos. However the dog guard is commpletely useless!! However it falls down whilst i am driving, even if i tie it on it seems to move. Can you buy dog guards made specifically for clio's and were would i find one?

We've just bought a guard and a tailgate guard from Barjo and we're really pleased with them.

How long have you had the guard? if it's universal isn't that supposed to fit any car? If I were you I'd take it back and use the "not fit for use of purpose" clause. Sorry can't help with recommending a guard, my hubby made ours which fits perfectly. Have you tried looking on the net?

Go to a renault dealership who should be able to get you a made to measure dog guard for your car.  I have one for my 206, it cost £45 but is worth it because it is solid and doesnt move, it also fits in where the parcel shelf goes so it doesnt take up floor space like the universal ones.

Use MMG dog guard made to measure.  Very could and easy to fit

I found those guards useless, kept falling on the dogs if they knocked it,spent £100 for a proper one from Vauxhall, so much safer, I have a tailgate from Barjo, been asked twice this week where i got it from and i recommended Barjo.
