Chewing her loo??

Do you mean you have a litter tray for her? Best to take her outside to toilet really. Toilet training a puppy is almost a full time job. She needs to be in the place where you want her to do her business every time she needs to go which is why it is best to teach her to go in the garden. So every time she wakes from a nap, when she has just eaten, taken a drink, before, during and after periods of activity you must take her outside and wait until she goes and then praise her lavishly and reward her. If she does have an accident in the house then it is your fault for not knowing that she needed to be outside. If you scold her she will think that you disapprove of her relieving herself which will make things difficult because she won't want to 'go' when you are watching, be it indoors or outside.
Yes, puppy nipping is normal. Just remove your attention when she does it, stand up and walk away, you could get her to bite a toy, either by throwing it or playing tug instead BEFORE she starts on your skin. (Beware of teaching her to bite to get you to play ;) )
To help her settle: Nice cosy bed, lots of love, house rules that are easy to understand and fair. :)
