remeber my whole AA crash saga? well in the end after kicking up a total fuss,they only charged me the collection fee plus VAT! pleased with that! so it is worth saying something sometimes!!!!!

WAs that the one where they don't do Relay if you have a crash? Only if you actually break down?

No not with a accident!!! do a search on the AA on here!!!! they charge you £120 for collection which includes the first 15miles then £1.50 per mile inc vat!
