I have both bitch and dog and have hopefully mated them a few weeks ago, is there anyway of telling if she is pregnant. or when can i take her to vets for scanning

you can scan a bitch from around 30 days but you can usually tell by looking at around 35 days dependant on the breed of course.

One way is that her nipples will have changed and got larger by three weeks and gone pinker. Usually her manner has changed as well, the vulva will still be slightly swollen.
