My daughter accidently logged me out and I cant remember password. When I try to log in and enter my e mail it says it says password sent but I am not receiving it. Re my e mail it says 'user empty' I even tried to register again in case all my details were lost but then I got a message saying that my details were already in use?
Please can you help as i could do with some advice on aproblem pup

I know this is of no use to you at the moment but I have created sub-folders in Outlook to store information such as orders, passwords, things to keep, etc.

If I lose a password I know where to look.  This won't be ideal for everyone on a shared computer but it's fine for me.  I believe people who use web-based mail have this option too.
