Hello

I went to my first Yorkshire Terrier Club Show North Wales and Cheshire and won four firsts first time out for both me and my beautiful Yorkie boy Rochester.

Before then I had just gone as a spectator and talked to other Yorkie people, that was nice but actually showing is the difference between watching something on the television and actually participating.

Went to my second show this time showing against other breeds and got four seconds and a third at Staffordshire County Show.  I shall keep showing its good fun.

If anyone is thinking of showing for the first time contact me for a chat eg what to take and so on. rgs deborah

Congratulations on your success.  As a relative newbie to showing, I can tell you that it soon gets addictive.   Have fun!

Hi Caspar

Welcome to the show world - it can become VERY addictive and you may well find yourself gettting up in the middle of the night, driving miles and spending the day standing around in a muddy field every weekend !!!!!!

Well done on such a good start - but never forget that you always take the best dog home
