You do not seem to be listing Tibeton Terriers under Terrier file I have managed to find one breeder under Toy Breeds ?

Tibetan terriers are a utility breed as they are not terriers in the accepted use of terrier, they were never used for hunting

Tibetan Terriers are in the Utility Group.
