my 5 month old staffy cross has got a lime green discharge on the tip of his penis most days.
he also has one ball as the other one has not decended.
could this be the problem?is it normal?

It is normal for male dogs to have a bit of a discharge from their penis. As long as it is not profuse or smelly, then it is perfectly normal. It'll be unrelated to his undescended testicle, which may yet drop. If it hasn't by the time he's about 12 - 18 months old he will need to have the retained one surgically removed, although the other can remain in place if you wish.
