how long do puppy coats last for?
my dog is 4 months and he still has his!.
any answers?

It depends on the breed. My smooth-haired breed change from puppy coat to adult at about 5 or 6 months, depending on the time of year.

Recon my latest pup will be 12 months before he is in adult coat, he did not start shedding till he was 8 months.

My affie may be 15 months or more before we see an adult coat..She has a very heavy puppy coat at 9 months
