I'm getting a Leonberger pup in July!!!To say I'm happy is an understatement.I've waited for 18months for him and out of the blue came a phone call.I jumped around the room like a lunatic.My kids thought I'd lost the plot.
This will be the start of a beautiful relationship.

Take lots of pictures they grow so fast. are you getting male or female. I have three 2 girls 1 boy. make sure you have a good hoover and throw away any black clothes. really are a great breed good luck.

Lucky you getting a Gentle Giant. Now take pictures of all the stuff on your worktops then put it all away in the garage and start putting food in the fridge  only. Got a name yet?

I'm getting a male and his name will be Hector.I have a very good hoover cause I already have a hairy dog who is great with others.As for the kitchen worktops,I already keep them clear ,if my family dont then tough they lose their food or whatever.They have been warned!!!!

Congrataulations on your upcoming pup. I can see you're excited. Have fun and like the others say, take lots of pictures. I didn't take enough when my pup was still small and before I could blink, he grew so fast that he looked like a Doberman. Let us know when you get him and how everything is going.

i sent flynns breeder a couple of disposable cameras that they used to take early pics of the pups then sent them back to me to be developed! that way i could sit & gaze at them for the LONGGGGGG 8 weeks till he came home!!!!

The breeder is sending me photos by e-mail so i've got a good update every week and yes I'm very,very excited.I also started buying all the gates and toys etc.Its like being an expectant mum again.
