hi, isnt it illegal for pet shops to sell puppies? or for people to breed dogs purely for money?
my neighbour has a few dogs and always has puppies to sell, some cross breed and some purebred. they are well looked after and are not neglected but i thought there were laws against cross breeding or selling for fun, or money?

Unfortunately, no it isn't illegal. It may be unethical, but that's another story ...
