i have a medium sized breed puppy (toller), i was wondering what age i can start doing agility and flyball with him?

(so his joints wont be damaged)

at our club we start doing basic foundation work for agility from about 8 months, NOT anything that has any impact involved. ie throwing toy through wings, having the contact equipment  flat on the floor so they can get used to the feel of it. the greg derrett foundation training video is brilliant, boring but very good!

we dont allow any dogs under 12 months to train on any jumps etc, and for big boned dogs we extend this to 18 months.

hope it helps!!!!

oh, with regards to flybal, why not do it without the jumps?!
