I can't understand why anyone would get Lhasa Apso dogs and shaves them to look like Mexican Hairless.
My neighbour has got three bitch Lhasa Apsos and is intending breeding then. All are shaved to the bone,
She also has two Dogue de Bordeaux bitches and one male Dogue De Bordeaux
She intends breeding and making loads of money.
The two bitch Dogue De Bordeaux are only about 12 weeks old.One has an hernia the size of a tenis ball.
She has had about 6 differant dogs within 3 years and got rid.
All these dogs are under 3 years old.
There is an accident waiting to happen.

So that they can make maximum money with minimum effort out of these poor dogs!

I feel so sorry for the families buying from these sort of puppy producers.  What sort of knowledge, support and help can they give to new dog owners?

Sounds like a puppy farm in the making to me, only need to house them in dirty sheds and they will be able to put a Puppy Farm plaque on the wall. If you are talking from the UK once the breeding starts you can report them to the council and the inland revenue. In fact, think I would tell the council now that you have been told your neighbour, intends breeding from her bitches and they will come out and explain to her what she will need to do in order to get the licence she will undoubted need if she think she is going to make money out of breeding these poor dogs.

....think I might be rude and ask if her dogs have a skin infection..If she says no I would be even more rude and say 'you will be starting a puppy farm then how lovely..does the council know?'

Thanks for you replies.
I don't speak to this person.
I have reported her about the noise to the council.
The noise not when they are out it is when they are in.Some of the dogs are in an old stable when they are out.
Its when they are in they have them penned in and they can see them so the poor dogs yap all the time. They want them to play and have company.
Not the dogs fault.
