Topic Dog Boards / Visitors Questions / what age to breed bulldogs
- By Guest [in] Date 29.05.04 11:48 UTC
hi i wanted some advice
i have been told by differerant people,
that bulldogs should be bred on the season following a year old,
& that 14- 16 months was the best age to breed
but we always thought 18-2yrs was a better age as it gives them time to mature
please can anyone help, what age should they be bread
we are wanting to buy a puppy but i dont want to buy from a bitch that has been bred too young
thanks
