hiya and welcome! if you search on google for "dog names" there are some great sites which will give you some ideas.
what type of pup do you have?

i always chose "people" names for my animals. i have always disliked the "dog" names out there. like my dog is named ELI. or my cats are RILEY and ABBY. i also had a dog named JEFF and one named KATIE. a standard poodle named BRIDGETT. what kind of pup do you have? try thinking of names that come from the puppy's origin. like if it is a german dog, think of german names, or a mexican chi....think of spanish names. those kind are always fun.
anyhow, names are hard to think of when you are staring at that cute puppy face. and you'll be calling him that all his life, so you want to think of a good one! i totally understand. it took me a long time to name eli.
anyhow, try google or look up baby names.
good luck!
