not until he has his eye's tested.  and i would say after 1 is best as before that you have no idea what your dog will look like when full grown.  remember sraffords grow until there about 2-3.
and remember that the bitch also needs to be eye tested

Do not use him at stud until he has passed his specialist eye tests (and has a certificate of confirmation) to rule out hereditary eye disorders, otherwise you may find it costs you a fortune in legal bills!

OH dear, why on earth would you want to? What is this idea of late that because a dog or bitch can breed they should or they should be neutered. What ever happened to having a dog as a household pet and enjoying it as a companion and a member of the family.
